Hi Afrojack29! I posted a question to SirBlaze about transcripts and how you make them, which he has recommended that I redirect to you. He says you usually make the transcripts. I'd like to learn how to do this. Would you be willing to teach me how when you have some time, because I'd like to help if I can. Thank you :)
Thank you for leave a message and nice to meet you. To make the transcripts we need some software like an Aegisub to match between subtitles and videos, including to match timing in the video. Making the transcripts is much pretty hard because it takes an hour, but don’t worry I will teach and give the steps to you soon after doing my job. Probably at 11:00 AM (UTC+7) I'll be back here.
Ah. I already use Aegisub for making Closed Captions for videos - unfortunately, 11:00AM for you in Jakarta, is 5:00AM here in England, and I am usually asleep. Is doing a transcript just like doing Closed Captions? Because if it is, I am probably halfway there already! :D I will talk to you some other time, and thank you!
That’s okay. It's kind of difference with Closed Captions. Just open .srt file and videos, and you start to match between subtitles and videos. You might need Ms. Word to make the script for the transcripts. Example: when the video start talking on 0(Hours):01(Minutes):28(Second).34(Milliseconds), then press CTRL + 3 to start of selected subtitles. Remember, just take minutes (01) and second (28) and put them (and subtitle as well) to the script. I give you screenshot if you get confused.
Ok, that's cool. I've started to do a transcript for Pups Save Skye, obviously I won't upload it without I pass it by you first, since you're accomplished at doing these! I just want to show you a shot of what I've started, so you can check I'm doing it correctly. Thanks for teaching me!
