Jamie Whitney is the main director for PAW Patrol from the beginning of the series up until Season 3's "Pups Save Friendship Day".

Life and Career

Jamie Whitney studied animation at Sheridan College in Oakville beginning 1983. In 1991, he started working at Nelvana (a Canadian animation company). He directed episodes of the Nelvana-produced Teletoon original series, Maggie and the Ferocious Beast, from 2000 until its cancellation in 2003. During this and afterwards, he directed episodes of the Treehouse animated show (also by Nelvana) Max & Ruby. The show continued until 2013, when Whitney left for Guru Studio. He then would begin directing PAW Patrol. Other works in which he is credited include The Dating Guy, World of Quest, Foolish Girl, Bob and Margaret, Eek! the Cat, Tales from the Cryptkeeper, Beetlejuice, Pippi Longstocking, and Toonstruck.
