- Sweetie is considered to be a West Highland White Terrier.
- She is the second animal (seventh if one counts the Kitten Catastrophe Crew as separate antagonists) to be an antagonist in the series (the first being the Kitten Catastrophe Crew) and the first pup antagonist.
- She is the third female pup overall.
- She is also the first female animal antagonist.
- The first being Skye, second being Everest.
- She was originally going to be voiced by Brianna Daguanno, who is also the voice of Luna Girl on Disney Junior's PJ Masks. However, she was replaced with Anya Cooke before the episode was released.
- The reason for the replacement is unknown, but it might be for all the Barkingburg residents to have British accent and to be voiced by British voice actors.
- She is the first pup to wear eyeshadow.
- The second is Coral.
- It is unknown as to who gave Sweetie her uniform, vest, and vehicle. It is also unknown as to why she has this kind of equipment. Despite her uniform's similarities to the PAW Patrol and their Mission PAW's uniforms, it is likely they are unrelated to them as Sweetie's uniform lacks their paw symbol, and she wears a crown tag instead of a pup-tag. Given Sweetie's personality, it is likely that she may have used her position as royal pup of Barkingburg to acquire her uniform, pup-pack, vehicles, and her robotic toy minion Busby. Presumably, like Mayor Humdinger's Kitten Catastrophe Crew, Sweetie may have used the PAW Patrol as inspiration for her gear, albeit personalized for Sweetie. In addition to her crown pup-tag, when she takes control of the Air Patroller using Busby in Mission PAW: Pups Save the Royal Throne, the Mission PAW logo is replaced by a crown logo on view screens. The crown likely represents her obsession with becoming the queen of Barkingburg.
- Her uniform & Pup Pack could be made by the same people that made the uniform & Pup Pack for Claw.
- She is revealed to suffer from stage fright in "Mission PAW: Pups Save a Royal Concert".
- She has a self-portrait in the Adventure Bay museum.
- In "Jet to the Rescue", she is shown to be slightly nicer.
- She is the first pup antagonist to get her toys released, the second would be Claw and the third would be Hubcap.
- She appeared in the Season 8 episode, “Pups Save a Royal Painting” as the main antagonist. This is the first time she made a full appearance in an episode that was deemed a Mission PAW episode by the director, Charles E. Bastien, despite not having the part that says "Mission PAW" or the Mission PAW logo on it.
- She might have food cravings as seen in "Rescue Knights: Quest for the Dragon's Tooth."
- In Claw's debut episode, "Rescue Knights: Quest for the Dragon's Tooth", she actually stayed good.
- Actually, throughout the Rescue Knights sub-series, she stays good unlike in the Mission PAW sub-series.
- Like in "Jet to the Rescue" (listed above), these aren't the only times she turned good.
- Throughout the Rescue Knights sub-series, she seems to have an interest in food and eating.
- She is the first pup to do please-eyes, in "Mission PAW: Quest for the Crown".
- Claw is the second pup to in "Rescue Knights: Quest for the Dragon's Tooth".
- In "Rescue Knights: Pups Save the Baby Dragons", Sweetie doesn't like when the Princess always wins at Hide 'N Quest games because it doesn't make the game much fun to her.
