- This is the first and only episode in which Robo-Dog is listed as a "Main Character" after being in a "Recurring" role in the previous season, and a "Guest" in Season 1.
- This episode was originally going to premiere on January 26, 2016, but was postponed.
- This is the first time Robo-Dog rode in the elevator with the rest of the PAW Patrol.
- This is the first time that Chase has appeared in two consecutive episodes in his Super Spy Gear.
- This is the first time that the Kitten Catastrophe Crew have appeared in two consecutive episodes.
- This is the first time the PAW Patroller gets stolen.
- Danny drives it later on in the season in "Pups Raise the PAW Patroller".
- In the title card, Chase is in his regular police outfit, but in the episode, he uses his Super Spy outfit.
- Chase breaks the fourth wall in this episode when he faces the audience and says "It's nice to have someone else doing the driving".
- This is the first time Mayor Humdinger saves one of the pups after an accident, in the case, Chase.

Errors
- When the remote control is destroyed, Mayor Humdinger's TV turns off. However, this wouldn't happen as the remote isn't meant to be the TV's receiver, so this would only leave the TV on.
- At the very beginning of the episode when Rocky was working on Robo-Dog, there was one shot of him with very red eyes, then the next shot of him had his normal brown eyes again.
